Place to Apply	Designated related recruitment centers
Application Fee	– Rs.150 (One Hundred Fifty Only) – Each additional group will have to pay 20% of the prescribed fee for the respective level.
Last date to Apply	– 2078/01/16 and Double fee date is 2079/01/23. – If there is a public holiday on the last day of application, the application form can be filled up the next day by paying the prescribed fee.
Age Limit	– Minimum 18 year and Maximum Not Above 35 Years.- Not above 40 year for level 8 and above. – Candidates who have been reinstated should not be less than 26 years of age.
